Who we are
Green Arrow Management is a landscaping project management company based in Omaha, Nebraska. You can reach us at connorehrman@greenarrowmgmt.com or 402-681-7656.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, role and project details you provide. When you apply for a subcontractor account we collect your company name, contact name, email, phone and service areas, along with the applications and job assignments created in the portal. We also store a one-way hashed identifier of your network address to limit spam submissions.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, review subcontractor applications, assign work and administer your portal account. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who host our website, database and email delivery strictly so they can operate those services on our behalf. We may share information where required by law. Job details shared with an assigned subcontractor are limited to what is needed to perform the work.
Retention and security
Inquiries and portal records are retained while they are useful for our business relationship and applicable record-keeping. Data is stored in access-controlled systems; portal records are restricted so subcontractors see only their own information.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to close a portal account, by emailing connorehrman@greenarrowmgmt.com. Subcontractors can edit their own profile details at any time inside the portal.
Cookies
Our public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The subcontractor portal stores a sign-in session in your browser so you stay logged in; clearing browser storage signs you out.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
