By using greenarrowmgmt.com or the Green Arrow Management subcontractor portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our services
Green Arrow Management provides landscaping project management: scoping work, sourcing licensed and insured subcontractors, scheduling and quality oversight. Information on this site is general in nature. Pricing, schedules and scope are confirmed only in a written proposal or work order.
Inquiries and proposals
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or guarantee service. We will follow up to discuss the property and, where appropriate, issue a written proposal.
Subcontractor portal accounts
Portal accounts are granted at our discretion and only after review. Subcontractors must maintain an active license, general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage where required. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Applying for a job is an expression of interest; work is confirmed when we assign the job to you. We may suspend or remove accounts for inaccurate information, safety issues or poor performance.
Independent contractors
Subcontractors are independent businesses, not employees of Green Arrow Management. Nothing on this site creates an employment, partnership or joint-venture relationship.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping, attempts to access other users' data, interference with site operation, or submitting false or abusive content through our forms.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Arrow Management is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits obligations agreed in a signed proposal or work order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
